Uptick user incentive plan launched
After Uptick’s initial beta launch, the team has continued to add various new functions and fix several bugs within the app (with help from the feedback gathered from many of our enthusiastic users). In order to polish the Uptick app further, the team is now launching a user incentive plan. Please actively participate and support Uptick. This promotion will help the continuous growth of the Uptick ecosystem.
Report a problem
If you encounter a problem while using Uptick, please record the issue and send an email with your findings to: service@uptickproject.com. We will reward users generously for the feedback received!
Reward Level
We will consider the following criteria:
-Scope of the problem
-Difficulty in how it was discovered
-The possibility of exploitation
-Impact on users
-General problems. etc
Depending on the severity of the problem reported, the rewards will be divided into the following three levels:
Severe: 50~100 IRIS + 2500~5000 Uptick points
Medium: 20~50 IRIS + 1000~2500 Uptick points
Normal: 5~20 IRIS + 200~1000 Uptick points
Reward Distribution
1. After receiving your feedback, we will verify the problem and include it in the development plan. If necessary, we will contact you for more information.
2. We will evaluate the problems in the order in which the e-mails are received. If repeated problems are received, rewards will be given to the first person who reported the problem.
3. All rewards will be distributed monthly in the form of IRIS tokens and Uptick points. Please be patient.
4. The final interpretation rights of the issues reported belong to the Uptick team.
E-mail Template
When you send us an email, please include the following information:
-Your name: How should we address you?
-Telegram account: We may contact you for more information through Telegram.
-Uptick account and wallet address: Please provide the correct Uptick account and wallet address, so that we can distribute rewards to you accordingly.
-Problem description: Please describe the abnormal situation you have encountered in as much detail as possible. This will enable us to locate the problem with ease.
-Time and frequency: The approximate time when the problem occurred, and does the problem persist while using the app?
-Device information: Please include phone model, system version, and your network status.
-Proof of the issues encountered: Screenshots and videos are both acceptable.
Improvement Suggestion
We hope that Uptick will continue to improve and become a user-friendly application with low barriers to entry, and with truly ‘killer’ functions. You are welcome to send us your improvement suggestions to service@uptickproject.com.
Including but not limited to:
-Suggestions for new or existing functions
-Suggestions for application design aesthetics
-Suggestions for building our ecosystem

We will consider various factors such as application positioning and development plans, and selectively adopt your suggestions. When your suggestion is adopted, we will reward you generously with IRIS tokens and Uptick points.
