Uptick NFT Marketplace on IRISnet | v1.5.0 Release Note
Uptick NFT Marketplace on IRISnet has some of the richest and most varied NFT assets on Cosmos, with a vibrant creator community. However, with the team’s further exploration and understanding of the blockchain world, and with the further improvement of crypto technology, we found that there are many places in the marketplace that deserve further improvement.
In mid-April, we submitted a marketplace upgrade proposal, which was unanimously supported by the community. As planned, we have now already completed the first two parts, and made the following update:
- Optimization of underlying data structures
- Function optimization and new additions at the application level
This is an important and well-planned update in our Uptick NFT multi-chain and cross-chain landscape. Everyone is welcome to experience the new version of the Uptick NFT Marketplace.
The latest updates are as follows:
We’ve removed the ‘My Creations’ and ‘My Collections’ tabs and replaced them with:
Owned
The simple browse mode displays all the NFTs you hold, including the NFTs you’ve minted.
Sale
Manage all your NFTs here. The operation method is the same as before, supporting listing, delisting, transferring, burning, and viewing statistics.
Collections
Collections are now in a separate tab, which is convenient for browsing content.
Folders
As per the collections, here NFTs are aggregated in the form of folders.
We have added the function to quickly create collections and folders. Users only need to fill in a name to complete the creation and will be able to edit it later.
In addition to the basic information, we have added the following settings:

Choose to make your NFT CC0
Viewable
Choose to publicly display/hide unlisted NFTs
In the past, we found that the display form of the secondary market is not user-friendly, so in order to unify it, we decided to merge the primary market with the secondary market. All NFTs are displayed fairly through advanced screening and sorting. Thus, in the case of resale, if the same type of NFT is sold by different people, multiple NFTs will be displayed.
The original auction process is relatively cumbersome, the buyer needs to confirm the item after the auction, and there is a confirmation period of up to 48 hours. Now we have simplified the auction process, and the platform automatically triggers the smart contract to complete the entire auction process.
We have always valued the connection between people. We believe that whether you are a creator or a collector, you should be able to form your own social circle. Thus, we have optimized the invitation system.
Now, every user can now set an inviter code and actively invite their friends. We will be rolling out invitation benefits in the near future.

In order to increase the publicity and exposure of our featured creators, we have added a ‘Featured Creators’ list page. Users can now browse all of the featured creators.
