Uptick Further Improves User Complaint System (Uptick 1.1.8）
Recently, we discovered that some users have maliciously released a large number of fake works on the app, and we have dealt with them as soon as possible. In order to allow users to help us regulate the NFT market together, we have further improved the Uptick complaint system.
We once again call on everyone to respect copyright, and protect original works.

Complaint Feedback Notification
After a user submits a complaint, regardless of whether it is approved or not, they will receive a notification of their completed submission.
Account Complaint
If you find that someone publishes a large number of improper works, including but not limited to pornography, violence, piracy, fake and excessive advertising, you can make a complain relating to the account.
We will verify and handle the complaint based on the reasons and materials submitted by users, so please provide sufficient materials to prove your point of view when completing a submission.
How to make an account complaint?
(1) Click [More]-[Account Complaint] in the upper right corner of the creator’s homepage to enter the complaint page.
(2) Please select the reason of complaint and fill in the description.
(3) Upload the relevant materials to support your complaint. (optional)
(4) Leave your email address so that we can contact you if necessary.
Optimized Appeal Process
When your works or your account are restricted or banned, in-app functions will be restricted. There are two ways in which you can appeal:
(1) Submit an appeal directly inside the Uptick app.
(2) Send an e-mail to service@uptickproject.com
We will verify and deal with the appeal based on the reasons and materials submitted by you, so please include as much detail as deemed necessary.
How to make an account appeal?
(1) Click ‘Restricted/Banned’ below the username, or ‘Settings — ‘Account Appeal’ to enter the appeal page.
(2) Fill in the appeal description.
(3) Upload the relevant materials to support your appeal. (optional)
(4) Leave your email address so that we can contact you if necessary.
Mnemonic Backup Reminder
We have added a reminder to back up the mnemonic words when you log out of the app. Please make sure they are stored in a safe location.
