NFT Categories and Tags
Uptick now has a wide range of creators publishing an array of different styles, therefore, in order to optimize the user experience, we have made the following changes:
New NFT Categories
We have divided our NFTs into four categories: Artwork, Collectibles, Photography, and Tickets. Simply choose one of these new categories when creating the NFT. Once created, they will be displayed according to the new categories. Your old works will be displayed in the ‘Collectibles” category.
NFT Tags
Now when you create an NFT, you can add up to five tags. In the future, we will launch even more personalized search and display functions around these tags, so please stay tuned.
Customized Image Size & Display
We have received feedback from many excellent creators, hoping to have a much less limiting experience for their works, while being displayed more beautifully, therefore we have made the following changes:
Supports Native Size Images Without Cropping
We have removed the 3:4 fixed ratio restriction. You can now freely crop your work when you create it, or upload your work directly using the native image size.
Improve Image Display UX
We have modified the display form of the images in the lists, which will now avoid any kind of blurring or distortion.
Zoom Function
We added a large image display function in the NFT details page. Now you only need to click on the picture to view the full-screen image, and you can also zoom manually.
Post-Listing Price Modification
We have made the price setting more flexible. The original creation process remains unchanged, but under the different sales condition of the works, users can now set a different selling price after they have been listed.
Mnemonic Word Import
Mnemonic Word Import Optimization
In order to improve the user experience when importing accounts, we have optimized the import of mnemonic words. Now you can:
Paste: Copy your mnemonic, and click “Paste” to quickly fill in the form.
Manual input: According to the order of the mnemonic words, you can now fill in a single word correctly in the space one by one.
Mnemonic word association: In order to make it easier for users to manually input their mnemonic words, this update adds a mnemonic word association function, which shows you the related words according to the letters you enter.
Copyright Protection
Copyright Ownership Commitment
We have added a copyright ownership commitment popup. Users need to acknowledge and confirm the commitment before they create an NFT. This is a reminder to all creators and also emphasizes that we have the right to deal with inappropriate works.
Optimize Complaint Function
We have optimized the complaint page to provide users with clear complaint categories. This is done to ensure that users can make complaints purposefully.
Adult Content Tagging & Display
If the NFT work involves adult content, the user can mark it when creating. We have optimized the display for this kind of content.
