Announcement | Abnormal Acquisition of Uptick Points Discovered
We are writing this notice to the community to inform everyone that we have have detected abnormal activity on our platform between May 5th and May 6th, during which certain users have used illegitimate means to obtain Uptick points on the Uptick on IRISnet Marketplace.
As soon as we discovered the issue, we took swift action to address it and suspended the point redemption.
After careful scrutiny, we identified the suspicious users and deducted the abnormal points that were obtained through illegal means.
Points redemption has now resumed.
We take the security of our users’ accounts and personal information extremely seriously, and we have implemented various measures to ensure the highest level of security for our platform. We strictly prohibit any unauthorized modification or attack on the platform data. We have taken measures to prevent any similar incidents from occurring in the future.
